Reservations and Deposits

A completed Tour Registration Form and a payment of $500 per person reserves your spot on the tour. In order to travel, all passengers are required to have a passport that does not expire before 6 months after our return day of travel (i.e. June 1, 2027)

Payment Schedule (per person)

  • Deposit of $500 is due at Registration

  • 1st payment of $2,000 will be due May 1, 2026

  • Balance will be due July 1, 2026

Payments may be made by
check, debit card, Zelle, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Tour deposit is fully-refundable within 1 week of registration.

  • If a Guest chooses to cancel prior to July 1, 2026 50% of the payments made to date or due will be non-refundable.

  • Tour Cost is non-refundable after July 1, 2026

  • Airfare purchases and refunds will be the sole responsibility of each Guest.

Single Occupancy

If you are traveling solo and want to be the only occupant in your hotel room you will be charged an additional fee of $1,750 for single occupancy. For a single occupancy in Egypt the additional fee is $315.

Triple Occupancy

If you want to put three people in one room there will be a discount of $220 off the tour package price for the 3rd occupant in a room for age 12 and over. And a $410 discount for children under 12 years old. Note: The third bed is typically a rollaway or sleeper sofa.
