Reservations and Deposits

A completed Tour Registration Form and a payment of $1,000 per person reserves your spot on the tour. In order to travel, all passengers are required to have a passport that does not expire before 6 months after our return day of travel (i.e. June 1, 2027)

Payment Schedule (per person)

  • Deposit of $1,000 is due at Registration

  • Payment in full will be due October 1, 2026

Payments may be made by check, debit card, Zelle or credit card

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Tour deposit is fully-refundable within 1 week of registration.

  • If a Guest chooses to cancel prior to October 1, 2026 50% of the deposit will be non-refundable.

  • Tour Cost is non-refundable after October 1, 2026

  • We recommend purchasing refundable airfare.

  • In the event conditions on the ground in Israel prevent the group from traveling to Israel, Baird Tours expects to be able to refund most if not all of traveler tour payments.

Single Occupancy

If you are traveling solo and want to be the only occupant in your hotel room you will be charged an additional fee of $1,750 for single occupancy.

Triple Occupancy

If you want to put three people in one room there will be a discount of $270off the tour package price for the 3rd occupant in a room for age 12 and over. And a $395 discount for children under 12 years old. Note: The third bed is typically a rollaway or sleeper sofa.
